Lissolo, who joined the company in March 2026 as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, is elevated to the executive leadership team as the company advances its Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project Rare Earths Project in United States — Wyoming from evaluation toward development. In his expanded role, Lissolo will oversee the U.S. aspects of the company's Nasdaq listing pathway, lead negotiations on commercial partnerships supporting a domestic mine-to-magnet strategy for rare earth oxide and NdPr magnet feed, lead U.S. investor relations, and engage with the State of United States — Wyoming and other stakeholders on permitting, land access, and community support. He will also continue to lead the Whole of Property Development Assessment of the greater Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project land package. Lissolo brings 17 years of mining finance and project evaluation experience from Newmont Corporation, where he most recently served as Head of Evaluation Modeling, Global. He is a United States — Wyoming native and graduate of the University of United States — Wyoming.
