Ananth Technologies Private Limited (ATL) and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Bengaluru to collaborate on the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced electronic systems for defence and aerospace applications. The partnership will focus on strategic technology areas including missiles, radars, satellites, and navigation systems. The collaboration aims to leverage BEL's experience in defence electronics and ATL's expertise in high-reliability aerospace and defence electronics, satellite systems, avionics, and advanced manufacturing. The MoU emphasizes indigenous design, development, and production to strengthen India's domestic aerospace and defence industrial ecosystem and reduce dependence on imported technologies. Anurup Pavuluri, Managing Director of Ananth Technologies, highlighted the focus on indigenous capabilities. The agreement aligns with India's efforts to expand domestic manufacturing in strategic technologies and supports the India — Indian Armed Forces and space programmes.
