The Nigeria — Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) inaugurated a committee to negotiate and review the staff terms and conditions of service. The committee, comprising management, staff, and union representatives, was inaugurated by Executive Director of Finance and Administration, Boma Iyaye, at the commission's headquarters in Port Harcourt. The review aims to improve staff welfare, correct errors and omissions from previous reviews, and benchmark against other government agencies.
