DB HiTek, Korea's leading 8-inch pure-play foundry, announced its participation in Electronica India 2026, a major electronics trade show held in Bengaluru, India, from September 16-18. The company aims to strengthen engagement with local customers and expand its presence in the Indian market. At the event, DB HiTek will showcase its key process technologies, including its flagship BCD process, as well as next-generation SiC and GaN power semiconductors. The company also plans to develop new business with local fabless companies, leveraging India's rapidly expanding semiconductor ecosystem. DB HiTek recently completed process qualification for its 1,200V SiC MOSFET and plans to complete qualification for its 650V GaN process by December this year. The company will also showcase specialized process technologies such as X-ray, global shutter, SPAD, and mixed-signal/RF processes.
