The launch is expected to modestly boost Knight Therapeutics' Canadian revenue and strengthen its dermatology portfolio. It may also increase market share in the Canadian psoriasis treatment market, though competition from existing therapies could limit significant financial impact.
Knight Therapeutics Inc. announced the launch of WYNZORA, a topical cream for psoriasis vulgaris, in Canada. WYNZORA is a fixed-dose combination of calcipotriol and betamethasone dipropionate, developed by MC2 Therapeutics using its PAD Technology platform. Knight obtained Canadian rights through its June 2025 acquisition of Paladin Pharma Inc., which had licensed the product from MC2 in November 2024. Canada — Health Canada approved WYNZORA in December 2025, and the product is now commercially available in Canada. The launch expands Knight's Canadian portfolio and provides a new treatment option for the estimated 1 million Canadians with psoriasis.
