Electric Vehicles Banking

VinFast India, the Indian subsidiary of global electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Federal Bank, one of India's leading private sector banks, to provide tailored inventory financing solutions for its authorised dealer network. The partnership aims to empower VinFast dealers with greater financial flexibility, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company's expansion of its nationwide distribution network in India. Federal Bank will offer customized inventory financing solutions to help dealers optimize working capital, maintain healthy vehicle inventory, and respond efficiently to growing customer demand. The MOU was signed by Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast Asia, and Kumkum Jain, Additional SVP, Federal Bank. VinFast recently opened its 60th 3S dealership in India and remains on track to establish 75 dealerships nationwide by the end of the year. This partnership is part of VinFast's broader strategy to build a comprehensive electric mobility ecosystem in India, spanning financing, charging infrastructure, after-sales service, and retail. VinFast is a subsidiary of Vingroup and is listed on NASDAQ under the ticker VFS.
