Prestige Brands Holdings voluntarily recalled 39,060 bottles of Clear Eyes Maximum Itchy Eye Relief eye drops nationwide due to a lack of assurance of sterility and potential contamination. The recall was initiated on July 29, 2026, and classified as Class II by the U.S. United States — Food and Drug Administration on August 14, 2026. The affected product, distributed by Medtech Products Inc., a Arcadia Consumer Healthcare company, was sold in 15 mL dropper bottles with lot 2552A and expiration date September 30, 2027.
