The IPO is expected to attract investor interest given the company's strong financial performance and the growing demand for power transmission infrastructure in India. The listing could provide a boost to the company's valuation and enable it to reduce debt, potentially improving its financial health and market position.
Lumino Industries, an Indian EPC and manufacturing company specializing in conductors, power cables, and HTLS conductors for the power transmission and distribution sector, has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 78-82 per share. The Rs 700 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 200 crore by promoters Devendra Goel and Ajay Goel. The issue opens on August 27, 2026, and closes on August 31, with anchor investor bidding on August 25. The company plans to list on the BSE and NSE on September 3. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to repay approximately Rs 337 crore of debt, fund capital expenditure of Rs 15.01 crore for equipment and facility upgrades, and for general corporate purposes. Lumino Industries reported a 28% increase in profit after tax to Rs 160 crore for FY26, with revenue growing 7% to Rs 2,089 crore. The IPO is being managed by Motilal Oswal, JM Financial, and Monarch Networth Capital, with Bigshare Services Private Limited as registrar.
