Qnity Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: Q), a technology solutions provider across the semiconductor value chain, announced on August 21, 2026, the appointment of Ken Rizvi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1. Rizvi, a seasoned semiconductor finance executive with over 25 years of experience, most recently served as CFO of Synaptics. He previously held CFO roles at Smart Global Holdings (now Penguin Solutions), UTAC Group, and Isola Group, and held finance positions at Micron Technology and Onsemi. Michael Goss, who had been serving as interim CFO since January 16, 2026, when Matt Harbaugh stepped down for health reasons, will become Vice President of Finance and Controllership on the same date.
