The MoU signals a significant investment in India's green industrial infrastructure, potentially boosting Avaada Group's growth prospects and Haryana's industrial development. It may positively impact renewable energy and green manufacturing sectors, attracting global investors and supporting India's decarbonization goals.

Renewable Energy Industrial Real Estate Green Manufacturing

Avaada Group signed a memorandum of understanding with the India — Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), on behalf of the Haryana — Government of Haryana, to develop a 300-acre Zero-CBAM Green Industrial Campus in Hisar, Haryana, India. The proposed investment is approximately Rs 10,000 crore (about $1.2 billion) and is expected to create over 5,000 jobs. The campus will be powered by round-the-clock renewable energy and is designed to support industries in decarbonizing operations and meeting global carbon requirements, including the European Union's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Under the MoU, the Haryana government will facilitate industrial-park status, incentives, common infrastructure, and expedited approvals through a single-window mechanism. Avaada Group and the state government plan to attract anchor investors and hold international investment roadshows in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, and South Korea. The project aligns with India's clean energy and green manufacturing ambitions.
