SOQUEM: SOQUEM Inc. has signed a definitive agreement with Azimut Exploration Inc. to earn up to a 60% interest in the Northern Nickel Corridor Project by incurring significant exploration expenditures and making cash payments. This strategic alliance expands SOQUEM's mining properties in Canada — Quebec and its role in developing mineral wealth.

SOQUEM: SOQUEM is a key partner in the Malaco Mountain project, collaborating with Midland Exploration to explore for copper, gold, and rare earth elements. SOQUEM is a subsidiary of Investissement Canada — Quebec.

SOQUEM: SOQUEM signed a non-binding letter of intent with Azimut Exploration for a strategic alliance on the Northern Nickel Corridor Project. SOQUEM has the right to earn up to a 60% interest in the project by incurring $11,000,000 in exploration expenditures and making cash payments totalling $350,000.
