Lebanon: Lebanon suffered significant casualties and infrastructure damage from Israel's strikes on Beirut and other areas. The government condemned the attacks and expressed readiness to negotiate an end to hostilities, while over a million people remain displaced.

Ibrahim al-Moussawi: Ibrahim al-Moussawi, a senior Hezbollah lawmaker, stated that Hezbollah was informed it was part of the ceasefire and abided by it, accusing Israel of violating the truce and committing massacres.
