ResMed (NYSE: RMD, ASX: RMD) announced on July 7, 2026, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its MatrixCare business to Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare. MatrixCare provides software solutions to over 15,000 providers in skilled nursing, senior living, long-term care, and home health and hospice. The divestiture aligns with ResMed's 2030 strategy to focus on high-growth sleep health, breathing health, and connected home-based care.
