Glucotrack, Inc. (Nasdaq: GCTK) completed its strategic business combination with Lokahi Therapeutics on July 14, 2026. The transaction establishes a publicly listed platform for identifying, acquiring, and advancing healthcare assets. Lokahi Therapeutics becomes the operating and controlling business, with its securityholders receiving Glucotrack common and convertible preferred stock, expected to result in approximately 90% ownership on a fully diluted basis. The combined company will continue Glucotrack's continuous blood glucose monitoring (CBGM) technology as a separate subsidiary. Erik Emerson was appointed CEO of the combined company, and Paul Goodson as CTO and CEO of the CBGM subsidiary.
