The high-yield debt issuance signals Galaxy Digital's aggressive expansion in data center infrastructure, potentially boosting its growth prospects. However, the 9.875% interest rate reflects the risk profile of the project and may pressure near-term cash flows.
Galaxy Digital Inc. announced that its subsidiary Galaxy Digital — Galaxy Helios Data Centers II LLC priced a $3.507 billion private offering of 9.875% senior secured notes due 2031. The proceeds will finance the development of two data center buildings with 400 MW utility capacity and 260 MW critical IT capacity on a 260-acre site in United States — Dickens County, Texas. The notes are guaranteed by Galaxy Digital — Galaxy Helios Data Centers II LLC and secured by substantially all assets of the issuer and guarantor. The offering is expected to close on July 28, 2026.
