Frequency Electronics, Inc. (FEI) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 1,739,131 shares of common stock at $57.50 per share, raising approximately $100 million in gross proceeds. The offering includes shares sold by FEI and selling stockholders Edenbrook Long Only Value Fund, LP and Edenbrook Long Only Value Fund, LP, affiliates of board member Jonathan Cran. Morgan Stanley acted as lead book-running manager and Craig-Hallum Capital Group as book-running manager. The offering is expected to close on July 30, 2026. FEI intends to use net proceeds for growth opportunities, capital expenditures, and working capital.
