The Series II offer is expected to attract significant institutional investment, boosting Coronation Asset Management's assets under management and supporting infrastructure financing in Nigeria. The successful raise could enhance investor confidence in Nigerian infrastructure debt and positively impact the Nigerian Exchange Group.
Coronation Asset Management Limited has opened the Series II Issuance of up to N20 billion under the N200 billion Bandhan Infrastructure Fund Shelf Programme, following regulatory approval from the United States — United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The offer provides qualified investors access to a diversified portfolio of infrastructure debt opportunities across telecommunications, transport, energy, utilities, social infrastructure, and real estate. The Series II builds on the success of Series I, which raised N8.79 billion, delivered a 23.27% net return in 2025, distributed N3.31 billion to unit holders, and listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group. The Fund has secured pipeline investment commitments of N11.7 billion. The offer has a 10-year tenor, targets a minimum return of 300 basis points above the comparable 10-year Nigeria Bond, and is expected to increase assets under management from over N9.2 billion to over N30 billion. The Fund reported an operating profit of N791.5 million in H1 2026.
