The launch could increase BiFu's user engagement and assets under management, potentially boosting its valuation and competitive position. It may also accelerate retail adoption of RWA and tokenized assets, impacting the broader cryptocurrency and asset management sectors.
BiFu, an all-asset trading platform, announced the completion of its Wealth suite, comprising a Wealth product line with five managed funds (fixed income, gold, quantitative, Hong Kong IPOs, foreign exchange) and an RWA product line offering tokenized private-market equity. The suite aims to provide retail investors access to institutional-grade assets, with entry points from $1,000 to $50,000, subscribable in stablecoins. The RWA market is reported at $38 billion with over 2 million holders. Funds are managed by licensed institutions including Duxton Asset Management, Wellspring Asset Management, and Trivesta Group, with Shenwan Hongyuan Group — Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (Singapore) as co-manager. The RWA projects include StepFun and Sunrise Wind equity, and a closed Musk Unicorn Opportunities Fund.
